Responsibilities: Develop and implement demand marketing strategies to drive lead generation for our sales teams. Craft compelling value propositions, product positioning, and message maps that resonate with target personas. Research and update market insights, including identifying new markets, buyer personas, and their journey from awareness to customer retention. Lead product launch plans and develop sales tools for new features. Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to execute marketing programs effectively. Analyze and communicate the competitive landscape to support strategic positioning and differentiation strategies. Partner with key stakeholders to devise go-to-market plans that enhance customer retention, revenue growth, and acquisition. Train and equip sales teams with effective messaging, tools, and resources to accelerate deal closures. Evaluate marketing program effectiveness and collaborate with Marketing Operations to optimize strategies. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in B2B technical software marketing, with a focus on product marketing preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; Pragmatic Marketing certification desired. Proven track record in strategic product marketing within B2B high-tech or SaaS industries. Strong command of messaging, product strategy, and creating marketing assets. Experience managing product launches and go-to-market initiatives across diverse teams. Proficiency in digital demand generation channels. Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior business leaders. Preferred experience in environmental science or a strong technical background. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $102,400.00 - $153,600.00 annually, plus eligibility for Variable Compensation Plan.
