Position Overview: As an Architectural Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding architecture projects from inception to completion. Working closely with clients, community members, architects, and construction teams, you'll ensure projects align with community needs while meeting budget, timeline, and quality benchmarks. Our diverse portfolio encompasses affordable housing, civic buildings, corporate spaces, and restaurants. Responsibilities: Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to maximize community impact. Collaborate with construction teams to oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards. Navigate regulatory and compliance matters, liaising with local authorities for project approval. Cultivate partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure support and funding. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, adapting strategies to address challenges and seize opportunities. Collaborate with architects to ensure designs are socially inclusive, environmentally sustainable, and culturally sensitive. Engage with community members through workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure projects meet their needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of successful projects. Strong commitment to social equity and community service. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience in community engagement and participatory design. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project). What We Offer: Competitive salary: $100,000 - $130,000.
