Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a proven track record of success in leading enterprise-level technology projects. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering projects on time and within budget, while upholding PMO standards and best practices. This is a remote position based in Austin, TX, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. Responsibilities: Lead enterprise-level technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets. Communicate effectively with executive sponsors and stakeholders, demonstrating clarity and conciseness in both written and oral communication. Utilize strong leadership and motivational skills to foster collaboration across multiple business and technology teams. Leverage expertise in M365 and key project management tools (e.g., Lucidchart, MS Project, PPM) to drive project success. Develop comprehensive project plans and charters, outlining scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines. Implement SDLC methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and SDLC/Waterfall, to meet project requirements. Lead CMDB implementations and integrations for ITSM enterprise projects. Maintain proficiency as a certified PMP and stay updated on ITIL or ITSM best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on enterprise-level technology projects. Certification as a PMP is required. Strong understanding of ITIL or ITSM best practices. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
