Experienced Property Clerk Opportunity Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management. Key Skills: - Proficiency in landlord relations - Knowledge of leasing processes - Ability to provide administrative support Responsibilities: Customer Inquiries: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls, address customer inquiries, conduct necessary research, and either respond or escalate to the relevant team members for resolution. Mail Management: - Receive, log, sort, redirect, and scan a large volume of incoming mail and e-mail correspondence into Salesforce within one business day. Document Handling: - Scan and upload various documents such as leases, amendments, renewal notices, landlord notification letters, and vendor changes. Work Schedule: - Onsite presence required five days a week.
