Seeking an IT Business Analyst for Regulatory Systems € Duration: 18-24 Months with possible extension € Location: Remote € Pay Rate: $70.00/hr on W2 Summary: Join our Information Technology team as an IT Business Analyst specializing in Regulatory Systems. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for regulatory information management systems, reporting to the Associate Director of Business Technology. Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter specialist for Regulatory Information Management (RIM) Systems - Collaborate with clients to assess systems and processes, providing innovative business solutions - Manage projects of varying complexity, identifying and communicating associated risks - Gather and document user, functional, and technical requirements - Contribute to the development of business cases and strategic roadmaps - Ensure compliance with IT Change Management and GxP Change Control procedures - Support system validation, release, and post-deployment activities - Provide application support and troubleshooting - Interact with end users to offer guidance, training, and solutions - Develop processes to enhance the availability of application systems - Document solutions and processes in the IT Service Management knowledgebase - Willingness to travel to other sites as necessary Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Biological Science, or related field - 5+ years of experience with regulatory information systems - Strong understanding of cGMPs and regulatory processes - Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills - Familiarity with SDLC principles and industry best practices Preferred Qualifications: - IT-related certification or equivalent experience, project management experience is a plus - Experience in content management, Data Migration, PL/Transact SQL, XML, object-oriented design - Knowledge of Trial Master File, Computer System Validation (CSV), and GAMP5 - Exposure to Regulatory solutions such as Lorenz docuBridge, Veeva RIMS, and more would be advantageous
