Job Description

We are seeking a talented Research Analyst II to join our internal survey team at a leading provider of independent subscription research and customized consulting services for the US housing industry. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights and visualizations, contributing to our mission of delivering top-tier proprietary research across the for-sale and for-rent housing segments. Responsibilities: - Manage proprietary data for industry-related surveys, including data review, cleaning, and constructing visualizations. - Coordinate with internal teams to provide detailed progress updates and deliverables for assigned projects. - Implement best practices to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. - Enhance data process automation using tools like Tableau, R, and Python. - Lead independent projects analyzing insights in the housing markets. - Engage in content creation on social media and write articles. - Serve as a resource for internal and external survey inquiries. - Collaborate with thought leaders and partners to develop new surveys. - Apply project management skills to document and track progress. - Handle recurring client requests and inquiries. Requirements: - Minimum two years of experience in data analysis or related fields. - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) and data automation (e.g., VBA, SQL, R). - Knowledge of quantitative data management methods and visualization tools. - Strong client servicing skills and ability to interact with clients. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred: - Experience with survey tools such as Qualtrics and Alchemer. - Knowledge of the residential real estate industry.
