We specialize in providing remote professionals skilled in bookkeeping, executive assistance, human resources, marketing, web design, and IT support on a flexible pay-what-you-need basis. Position Overview: We're seeking a Remote Sales Production Manager to join our team and contribute to our rapid growth. This remote role, based in Columbus, Ohio, offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. While in-person networking events in your local area are required, you'll primarily focus on serving clients across the United States. Compensation: Annual base salary of $65,000 to $70,000 Quarterly commission Annual bonus potential, totaling up to $130,000 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time Key Responsibilities: Sales Deliverables: Receive comprehensive training to become an expert in COYL's services. Identify potential clients, schedule appointments, and conduct effective sales outreach to acquire 2-7 new clients monthly. Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to address client requirements. Follow up on consultations and proposals, persuasively presenting and promoting our services to both existing and prospective clients. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and competitive activities to assess market potential. Meet quarterly sales revenue targets. Maintain COYL's CRM system by organizing daily follow-ups with existing and prospective clients. Collaborate with department directors to coordinate sales efforts. Attend bi-weekly meetings with the sales team. Management Duties: Develop sales budgets, projections, and reports, and oversee expenditures. Support the Marketing Department in implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. Assist the COO in updating and managing new client agreements and addendums. Ensure the Sales Playbook is current and accessible to the team. Monitor sales data, track leads through the pipeline, and generate sales reports to measure performance against KPIs. Recruit, set objectives, provide coaching, and monitor the performance of sales representatives. Address sales team issues and complaints to enhance employee retention. Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including prospecting and cold calling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) and scheduling/time management tools (Calendly, etc.). Experience with remote work arrangements.
