Job Description

Position Title: Program Coordinator We are currently seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator to join our Sales support team. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Canadian Sales team. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team from the comfort of your own workspace. Position Responsibilities: Coordinate in-store and digital programs/campaigns, ensuring seamless execution of advertising materials once the client approves a sales contract. Conduct meetings with both external clients and internal stakeholders, serving as a bridge between the two parties. Generate and manage program timelines in adherence to standard deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of services. Collect and present internal executional data to the sales teams, aiding in presentation preparation. Review finance system-generated invoices for accuracy and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments. Proactively schedule calls with the sales team and clients to facilitate program implementation and materials preparation. Position Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a coordination/account management role, supporting multiple sales professionals in a team environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Excel (Vlookup & Pivots) and Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is advantageous. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for liaising with clients and internal teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes seamlessly.
