Salesforce Administrator Remote Position - 3 Month Contract We are partnering with a leading entity in the CRM space to enhance their Salesforce environment. We are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join their enterprise application team. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator across various industries, with expertise in Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (Salesforce CPQ). Experience with CPQ, Lead and Opportunity management, and building Salesforce applications using Flows and other declarative tools is highly desirable. You will collaborate closely with the enterprise's Salesforce subject matter experts to deliver large-scale business solutions and enhancement projects. Key Responsibilities: Gather detailed requirements from business users for entire business processes and functions on approved projects and enhancements. Design and develop business processes and functions for approved projects and enhancements. Configure and modify programs and set up activities using organizational methodologies. Identify business impacts resulting from newly configured or improved business functionalities. Conduct integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) with business clients. Prepare System Requirement Documents, functional specifications, and test and user documentation. Provide regular updates to Project Managers or Lead Functional Configurators on daily activities and project statuses. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Enterprise Territory Management. Extensive experience in Sales including Accounts, Contacts, Lead and Opportunity Management. Proficiency with standard declarative tools such as Flows, approval processes, and Process Builders. Understanding of Salesforce sandbox management, refreshes, and seeding. Familiarity with Service and Sales Clouds. Exposure to Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce.com APIs. Experience working in Agile SCRUM/Kanban/SAFe methodology with a continuous release process (CI/CD) is a plus.
