The company is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team in supporting the VA T4NG Consolidated Corporate Support Services (CCSS) program, dedicated to serving our Department of Veterans Affairs Corporate Portfolio clients. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating comprehensive turn-key documents for VA-CABS 2.0 and its supporting areas, documenting technical and operational processes, architectures, interfaces, policies, procedures, and ensuring the delivery of requirements. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, document, test, and debug applications on the Salesforce platform, leveraging SAAS and cloud capabilities. - Provide application development, modernization, and technical support, contributing to continuous process improvement for high-performance web-based applications, APIs, and reusable Microservices. - Identify and escalate risks, conducting analysis and collaborating with subject matter experts to plan, design, develop, and utilize electronic data processing systems. - Deploy applications in cloud environments and manage various phases of the software development lifecycle. - Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Deliver projects in an Agile, Lean, SAFe-based environment using DevSecOps methodologies. - Support senior management in strategic planning and objective-setting. - Make decisions on administrative and project work matters to achieve program objectives effectively. - Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions, exercising independent judgment in methods and techniques. - Advise government personnel on compliance with standards and policies. Required Education, Experience, and Clearance: - Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of experience OR Master’s degree with three (3) years of experience. - US citizenship and eligibility to obtain a VA Position of Public Trust – Medium Background Investigation (MBI). - Experience with Salesforce CRM (SAAS). - Familiarity with multiple Git providers (Gitlab, Github, BitBucket, Beanstalk, Azure Devops Server, etc.). - Experience in cloud development, support, and sustainment. - Proficiency in conducting in-depth triage, troubleshooting, and forensics across all facets of the cloud stack.

Salary: $110000.00 - 140000.00 Per Hour
