**Opportunity Overview:** Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Trainer to provide cutting-edge training and support for the State of New Hampshire's Salesforce platform. This remote role offers an initial 18-month engagement with potential for extension. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver comprehensive training sessions for new Salesforce users, emphasizing best practices and efficient platform utilization. - Lead engaging virtual training sessions, ensuring clarity, precision, and attention to detail. - Act as a frontline resource for user inquiries, covering a range of topics from product development stages to technical how-to's. - Provide ongoing guidance and troubleshooting to enhance users' Salesforce proficiency. - Participate in daily scrums, offering strategic insights to business and technical teams. - Conduct technical training across product lifecycle phases, including Accounting, Reports/Dashboards, and Administrator functions. - Develop and update training materials like manuals, presentations, and quick reference guides. **Required Skills:** - 4 years of Project Management experience. - Proficiency in PMP Tools and concepts. - Minimum 4 years of Salesforce training expertise. - 3 years of Salesforce Administration background. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex information. - Ability to tailor communication to diverse technical audiences. - Comfortable engaging with participants to address queries and provide further explanations. - Skilled in building collaborative relationships with stakeholders, users, and external partners.
