In this role, you'll be responsible for: Designing, developing, and deploying powerful machine learning models to optimize mobile performance ads. Leading the development process from concept to production, ensuring our models have real-world impact. Staying ahead of the curve by researching new machine learning techniques and industry trends. Partnering with engineers and researchers to tackle complex advertising data challenges. Building prototypes, refining them, and pushing them to production quickly and efficiently. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and achieve business goals. Mentoring junior engineers and sharing your technical expertise. You'll be a great fit if you have: A Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related field. 4+ years of industry experience (with a Master's) or 2+ years (with a PhD). Strong theoretical knowledge of machine learning and data mining. Expertise in mainstream ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) Experience building production-grade machine learning solutions. Familiarity with big data tools (MapReduce, Spark, etc.) Extensive programming experience in Python, Go, or other object-oriented languages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration. Bonus points if you have: Publications in top machine learning conferences. Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
