As a Scrum Master, you will lead and guide the team, acting as a product owner. Your responsibilities will include delegating tasks appropriately, fostering collaboration, and ensuring timely delivery of project goals. #### Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day project management support. - Create and maintain project documentation, including daily, weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly status reports, project schedules and plans, meeting minutes, risk and issue logs, and other necessary documentation. - Plan and allocate resources efficiently. - Analyze project risks and issues, and help identify ways to mitigate them. - Monitor and track project processes and deliverables. - Conduct cost/benefit analyses. - Document specifications and requirements, ensuring accurate tracking. - Offer continuous support for ongoing processes and identify opportunities for process improvements. - Work collaboratively to meet the agency’s workload demands. #### Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is tactful and passionate about helping others, leading by example, and encouraging the team to share experiences and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Scrum methodology and its principles and will be able to coach the team on Agile methodologies effectively. #### Qualifications - A degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required. - Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Scrum Master certification is a plus. - Resourceful and courteous to all associates.
