Semiconductor Engineer needs 2+ years’ experience Semiconductor Engineer requires:  B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or Material Science  Strong communication and good interpersonal skills  Work with internal and cross-functional teams  Demonstrated laboratory skills presenting results to technical team  Statistical analysis  Packaging  Semiconductor Semiconductor Engineer duties:  Work together with application engineer to develop the semiconductor packaging material for advanced packaging.  Takes ownership and responsibility for assigned work and will operate the semiconductor application equipment including failure analysis
