Job Description
Join a dynamic team driving innovation and efficiency in healthcare solutions. We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Reporting Strategy to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influencing and developing technical solutions. As an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing process efficiency, automation, and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with business partners to analyze processes, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions within specified timelines. Utilize technical expertise in SQL, Python, .Net, and other development tools to create impactful solutions. Develop and program solutions following SDLC protocols, leveraging technologies such as RPA/UI Path, Alteryx, and SharePoint Designer. Contribute to strategic initiatives by ideating and implementing solutions that drive organizational KPIs. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable insights. Required Skills: Solid experience in SQL, Python, and .Net development. Familiarity with GitLab/GitHub and DevSecOps practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in healthcare or related industries. Knowledge of VBA and experience with Tableau for data analytics. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
