Senior Financial Analyst We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Operations Team. As a vital member of our team, you will take ownership of expense budgets for various functions within our organization, influencing profitability and supporting strategic investment decisions. Your role will also involve leading cross-functional projects, enhancing financial processes, and fostering effective communication across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business partners, ensuring timely input into our systems. - Navigate complex interdependencies to streamline our forecasting processes effectively. - Provide detailed monthly reports on actual financial results, including insightful commentary. - Maintain close communication with business partners to ensure alignment with forecasts and financial goals. - Drive efficiency and accuracy improvements in forecasting processes, from data collection to analysis. - Act as a resource for team members and stakeholders, offering guidance on best practices. - Ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned with any changes affecting their areas of responsibility. - Complete month-end deliverables accurately, including variance analysis. - Prepare financial summaries for leadership presentations, including budget updates and forecasts. - Develop high-quality leadership reporting, offering actionable insights. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience. - 7+ years of experience in FP&A or similar roles. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Familiarity with standard P&L dynamics (GAAP). - Experience with SAP and SAC preferred. Location: We prefer candidates located in Columbus, OH, Irving, TX, or Atlanta, GA. However, we are open to considering well-qualified remote candidates. Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation package, including base pay and additional incentives based on performance and market evaluation. The base pay range for this position is $92,300 - $153,800.
