Job Description Join our dynamic Data Science & Analytics team as a Senior Product Analyst. In this role, you'll be pivotal in driving our product strategy and operational efficiency across various teams, including Product Development, Growth, Marketing, and Operations. Here’s what you'll be doing: Conducting detailed analysis of our pharmacy, patient-focused, and provider-facing products to inform strategic decisions. Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to automate and streamline operational workflows. Developing robust data models that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Creating impactful dashboards using SQL to measure and optimize the success of our product initiatives. Acting as a key liaison across departments, providing insights and innovative solutions to enhance our services. Analyzing supply chain and logistics data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science. At least 8 years of experience in an analytical or technical role, with a focus on operational and supply chain data. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and scripting. Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
