This role requires eligibility for security clearance as you collaborate with a diverse team to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities: Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with mission requirements. Utilize Apex and JavaScript to create and maintain features and integrations. Partner with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to implement best practices and enhance existing solutions. Engage directly with clients to refine requirements and provide technical expertise and solutions. Support project briefings for various stakeholders, translating technical concepts into accessible insights. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering). 7+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development, with proficiency in Apex and JavaScript. Understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (US citizenship required). Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and technologies. Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas.
