Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Salesforce Developer and play a pivotal role in crafting and refining our Salesforce solutions to meet intricate business needs. With your profound expertise in Salesforce development, particularly focusing on OmniStudio, you'll spearhead projects aimed at leveraging Salesforce's capabilities to drive business growth and elevate customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll architect, develop, and deploy innovative Salesforce solutions aligned with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement top-tier Salesforce solutions utilizing OmniStudio tools and functionalities such as FlexCards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and OmniScripts. Utilize your extensive experience in Salesforce development to tailor Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Lead the integration efforts of Salesforce with diverse systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow and operational efficacy. Partner with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into impactful Salesforce solutions. Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features and enhancements, implementing them judiciously to streamline business processes and enhance user experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a solid grasp of Salesforce architecture and development best practices. Proficiency of at least 3 years with OmniStudio, including mastery of FlexCards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and OmniScripts. Strong command over Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Demonstrated track record of designing and executing complex Salesforce solutions in a dynamic business landscape. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively. Preferred: Experience working with government agencies or in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, with a comprehensive understanding of its functionalities, configurations, and relevant objects. Certifications: OmniStudio Developer certification is required. Certified Platform Developer II certification is required.
