In this role, you'll craft user-centric experiences to solve complex software challenges. You'll lead discovery workshops, create wireframe prototypes, design memorable user interfaces, manage design systems, and contribute to our company's brand development. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to understand requirements and lead creative vision discussions. Design application structures using user flows and sitemaps. Develop wireframe prototypes and visually appealing UI designs. Maintain project organization including files, documentation, and time tracking. Advocate for design excellence and process improvements within the company. Support marketing efforts to enhance our company's brand presence. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a senior or lead designer, ideally in startup or agency environments. Deep understanding of UX principles and methodologies. Ability to work effectively across diverse industries, clients, and project scopes. Experience collaborating in remote team environments. Strong proficiency with Figma. Familiarity with modern web technologies, frameworks, and devices is a plus.
