**Join Our Remote Team as a UX Professional Architect Designer** **About the Role:** Are you a skilled UX Professional with over 5 years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative research for digital products (non-marketing)? We need your expertise to lead research efforts, gathering valuable insights through various methodologies like user interviews, usability testing, and surveys. **Key Requirements:** - Must be located within a 2-hour radius of our hubs in Chicago, New York, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Charlotte, Dallas, Wilmington, or Evansville, IN. - Expertise in conducting and synthesizing research, and presenting insights with clarity and enthusiasm. - Strong familiarity with UX best practices, human-centered design, and design thinking. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs. - Prior experience with Financial Services/FinTech is preferred. - Proven track record of navigating complex Enterprise organizations. **Responsibilities:** - Work closely with UX and Product leaders to plan and execute research using various methodologies. - Transform research findings into actionable insights to guide product and design decisions. - Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors to foster a customer-centric approach. - Utilize digital experience metrics to drive design strategy and optimization. - Collaborate with different teams to align research activities with overarching strategy and business goals. - Advocate for best practices in user research to enhance product development processes.
