Pay Range: $86,260 – $138,906 annually Job Description: Your Role As a Software Development Manager, you'll lead the charge in adopting and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure, focusing on automating processes and streamlining operations across our development environment. This pivotal role entails guiding our organization through a transformative journey to ensure scalable, secure, and efficiently managed systems that support continuous integration and delivery. This is a remote position based in Omaha, NE. Responsibilities: A Day in the Life Azure Cloud Strategy and Management: Drive the adoption and optimization of Azure cloud services aligned with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration. Automation with Terraform and Ansible: Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and streamline deployments with Ansible. CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated builds, tests, and deployments. Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to protect data and comply with regulations. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Utilize Azure tools to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization. Team Leadership and Development: Mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with business leaders and IT teams to align technology initiatives with business goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field. Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT, preferably in retail. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience leading teams through change. Familiarity with cloud technologies and architecture.
