Our goal is to optimize warehouse operations for speed, efficiency, and adaptability. What You'll Do We're seeking a dynamic Sourcing Data Analytics Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing sourcing and supply base data, metrics, costs, and statistics. Collaborating closely with teams across supply chain, finance, and quality, you'll enhance visibility and support strategic decision-making. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Developing and implementing data architecture designs, strategies, and processes to drive business improvement. Creating and optimizing queries for business intelligence reporting using SQL, Power BI, and similar tools. Identifying and analyzing data sources to improve business performance. Leading initiatives to refine supply cost data and support financial objectives. Partnering with finance and IT to ensure alignment on core data and acting as a key expert on supply chain financials. What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 8 years' experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Category Management, or Engineering. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI. Demonstrated ability to manage complex data analytics projects and processes. Experience with procurement analytics and business intelligence best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Why Join Us?
