Position Overview: As a Senior Product Delivery Manager in our Digital division, your primary mission is to drive continuous delivery excellence, manage complexity, and ensure exceptional digital experiences for our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, UX, technology, and business leaders, guiding the planning and execution of key enterprise initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with multiple product teams to define and manage commitments crucial to enhancing the guest experience. Track and manage dependencies across teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Proactively identify and resolve impediments to meet strategic objectives, escalating issues as needed. Provide clear visibility of delivery targets, outcomes, and progress to senior leadership. Partner with Digital Product Operations and Strategy & Planning teams to optimize processes and tools. Foster a culture of collaborative decision-making and commitment within teams. Lead cross-functional planning sessions to facilitate predictable delivery of project outcomes. About You: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years in product management, program management, or scrum master roles within a product organization. Strong grasp of agile product development methodologies and delivery practices. Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, drive consensus, and navigate competing priorities. Strong organizational skills, thriving in ambiguous environments with a passion for problem-solving. Curiosity and drive to innovate and improve processes continuously.
