About the Role: We're in search of a dynamic and dedicated Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at a leading data and analytics company. As part of our journey in hyper-growth, we're seeking someone who is not only creative and hardworking but also deeply passionate about making an impact. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, and partner teams to craft compelling content and spearhead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, thereby accelerating the growth and adoption of our products. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of messaging, positioning, and content strategy for our flagship product, Starburst Enterprise, and our ecosystem partnerships. Develop a unique value proposition and differentiation strategy, including crafting competitive messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create GTM content that resonates with our target audience. Generate engaging content for both internal and external stakeholders, such as messaging guides, whitepapers, blog posts, and web content tailored for specific use cases. Work closely with various teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns, events, and presentations leveraging your domain expertise. Empower internal and external stakeholders by ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and facilitating knowledge transfer. Become a trusted expert in our products and the ecosystems in which we operate. Qualifications: Demonstrate our core values of character, competence, and ownership. Previous experience in enterprise software product marketing or product management is highly desirable. Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value propositions, alongside features and functionalities. Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects with empathy. Exhibit proactive, self-starting qualities, capable of independently managing projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Familiarity with data platforms or analytics is advantageous. Experience in a startup environment is a plus. A technical undergraduate degree (e.g., computer science, engineering, data science) is preferred but not required. An MBA or equivalent experience (e.g., management consulting) would be beneficial. Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this full-time position in the US is $138,000 - $168,000, with equity (ISO) and access to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the final compensation offered will depend on factors such as work location, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
