Job Description

Overview: As the CRE Workplace Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring timely project completion, adherence to budgetary constraints, and alignment with organizational standards and objectives. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will champion the creation of vibrant workplace environments that not only embody our brand but also foster productivity, innovation, and collaboration. What We Offer: - Competitive Salary Range: $82,500 - $109,250, with potential for annual bonuses. - Comprehensive Benefits Package, including a 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. - Generous Vacation and Holiday Allowance, with up to 15 days of vacation per year and 11 paid holidays in 2024, including 2 floating holidays for personal use. - Sick Leave Provision, with up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, plus 2 additional floating holidays for personal discretion. - No sponsorship required for employment. Responsibilities: - Provide leadership to CRE Workplace project managers, ensuring alignment of projects with company and departmental objectives. - Oversee all aspects of workplace projects, from site selection and lease negotiation to space design, construction, and occupancy. - Monitor space utilization and workplace design activities to maximize efficiency and compliance with standards and policies. - Drive process improvements and implement systems to enhance the workplace and employee experience. - Cultivate a culture of collaboration and professional development within the team and across the organization. - Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while delivering innovative, data-driven, and cost-effective workplace solutions. Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in space planning, design, or real estate project management within a commercial office environment. - Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate collaboration. - Proficiency in workplace-related areas such as space planning/utilization and furniture strategies. - Technical proficiency in software tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office 365. - Demonstrated ability to work independently with adaptability and urgency. - Experience in providing feedback, training, and fostering development in others. - Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion and actively listening to diverse perspectives. - Remote work capability with access to high-speed internet and eligibility to work in the United States or Puerto Rico. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Real Estate.
