Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in space planning, design, or real estate project management within a commercial office environment. - Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate collaboration. - Proficiency in workplace-related areas such as space planning/utilization and furniture strategies. - Technical proficiency in software tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office 365. - Demonstrated ability to work independently with adaptability and urgency. - Experience in providing feedback, training, and fostering development in others. - Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion and actively listening to diverse perspectives. - Remote work capability with access to high-speed internet and eligibility to work in the United States or Puerto Rico.
