We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team for a 4-month engagement. This hybrid role allows you to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, giving you the flexibility you need while contributing to our exciting projects. What You'll Be Doing: Coordinate Promotional and Rework Products: You'll be the go-to person for managing all promotional and rework product requirements across our business. Strategize Inventory Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative strategies to ensure our inventory is always well-stocked and ready to meet demand. Ensure Product Supply: Plan and execute effective management strategies to keep our products flowing seamlessly. Leverage ERP Systems: Use cutting-edge Enterprise Resource Planning and Management Systems to streamline our supply chain processes. Excel Data Management: Utilize your Microsoft Excel skills to manage and analyze data, providing insights that drive our operations forward. Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch service to all our stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Manage Logistics and Distribution: Oversee logistics and distribution, ensuring our products are delivered on time and efficiently. Global Supply Chain Oversight: Play a crucial role in managing our global supply chain operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. What We're Looking For: Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent work experience. Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, Production Control, Inventory Management, and/or Master Planning/Scheduling. Pharmaceutical/CPG Knowledge: Experience in pharmaceutical and/or consumer packaged goods environments is highly preferred, along with an understanding of industry standards for packaging. Manufacturing and Production Familiarity: Knowledge of lot codes and controls, FDA regulations, expiration dates, and primary and secondary packaging in a pharmaceutical setting. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with reporting tools. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects effectively is a plus. ERP/MRP Systems Experience: Experience with MRP systems, with a preference for Oracle knowledge. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of staff and management.
