As a key member of our Supply Chain Management team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and efficiency across our procurement processes. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with procurement professionals to ensure adherence to regulatory policies and internal procedures. Provide guidance on compliance with federal regulations including FAR and FAR Supplements. Prepare teams for audits and reviews, ensuring smooth processes and compliance readiness. Offer training and support to procurement staff on compliance matters. Maintain accurate records and provide insightful metrics and reports to management. Review and evaluate documentation to ensure legal and policy compliance. Drive improvements in documentation, training programs, and approval processes. Investigate and resolve compliance issues and provide actionable recommendations. Engage with stakeholders across business units to foster collaboration and compliance awareness. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in subcontract administration or management. Familiarity with government contracting regulations (FAR, FAR Supplements) and SBA requirements. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
