Job Description

Position Title: Senior Vice President, Global Growth Marketing We are seeking an innovative and hands-on marketing leader to join our team as the Senior Vice President, Head of Global Growth Marketing. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive quality pipeline growth across our diverse and global product portfolios. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will lead transformative initiatives to enhance our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, optimize budget efficiency, and ultimately drive increased return on investment (ROI). Key Responsibilities: Spearhead transformative change within the GTM strategy to maximize ROI and budget efficiency. Lead a team of digital experts to drive excellence in digital marketing, supporting our brand performance, growth, customer satisfaction, and retention objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive global demand generation strategies to drive significant ROI improvements across our GTM approach and help achieve revenue targets. Manage and allocate budgets effectively to achieve ambitious demand generation goals while fostering long-term brand affinity. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth initiatives that deliver tangible revenue results and enhance customer lifetime value (LTV). Foster strong alignment with global sales teams to continually enhance pipeline quality and drive growth across diverse product portfolios and global markets. Partner closely with Brand, Product, and Content Marketing teams to develop compelling messaging and content in support of demand and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns. Lead efforts to optimize campaign performance, ensuring the delivery of qualified demand across all channels while maintaining alignment with brand and corporate objectives. Drive innovation in marketing technology (Martech) integration while ensuring sustainable practices across the organization. Work collaboratively with all marketing teams to measure performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous optimization and improvement. Qualifications: Minimum of 20+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles, with a strong background in growth marketing, performance marketing, and/or integrated marketing within the SaaS sector. Demonstrated track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth, with a deep understanding of inside sales processes and industry best practices. Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational excellence and hands-on execution. Extensive knowledge of ABM and integrated marketing campaigns, including account segmentation. Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing and proficiency in marketing technology and operations, including CRM, marketing automation, ABM tools, and ad tech platforms.
