Position Overview: You will develop and deliver training curriculum focused on solar + storage solutions for residential applications. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts across the organization to create engaging learning experiences that support professional and technical skill development. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather training requirements and objectives Design and develop interactive training content tailored to diverse learning styles Create visual presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and classroom materials Develop job aids, exercises, and supplementary resources to enhance learning Manage and update training materials with meticulous attention to detail and version control Oversee training program implementation, including delivery and evaluation Conduct training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings, gathering feedback for continuous improvement Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years’ experience in designing and delivering technical education Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe software, and Microsoft Office Suite Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories Preferred Qualifications: Experience with complex products like power electronics, solar + storage, or energy management equipment Background in residential solar or similar electrical applications Familiarity with Captivate, Storyline, or similar e-learning software Knowledge of basic electrical concepts and residential electrical systems Additional Information: This remote role offers a competitive salary range of $76,000 to $114,000, commensurate with experience and geographic location.
