Job Description

Job Title: Travel Concierge Manager Location: Remote/Hybrid position located in the Aberdeen, MD area Job Summary: As a Travel Concierge Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with organizing trips for sports teams and families within the youth sports environment. You'll be the friendly face representing various hotel brands while upholding our company's service standards and operational excellence. Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for booking hotels, arranging excursions, and fulfilling other travel needs for families on the go. - Liaise with hoteliers to secure additional inventory when necessary to accommodate the needs of traveling teams. - Coordinate with tournament organizers to ensure all stay requirements are met. - Manage relationships with hotels and youth sports parks to ensure smooth operations. - Handle all travel arrangements and logistics for multiple teams efficiently. - Reconcile events on a weekly basis and manage credit card programs and charges. - Drive continuous improvement of travel programs to enhance customer experience. - Collaborate with the sports park management team to ensure a top-notch guest experience for players, coaches, and families. - Support sales efforts by communicating directly with coaches and organizations to fulfill hotel room booking obligations. Experience and Skills: - Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company service standards. - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems. - Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. - Independent worker with a collaborative mindset. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by the business. - Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs. Qualifications: - Previous experience in reservations management, front desk management, or hospitality. - Familiarity with travel and entertainment facilities. - Organized, reliable, and analytical with a sound business acumen. - Preferred: Minimum two years of managerial experience in customer service or hospitality, bachelor's degree, and training in travel and tourism.
