As a User Applications Liaison, you will play a crucial role in supporting project systems for our Program Cost Analysts and Project Accounting teams. Key Responsibilities: Act as a pivotal link between Program Cost Analysts, Business Management, Contracts, and various functional teams. Utilize expertise in SAP and Business Warehouse systems to troubleshoot software issues and propose process improvements. Lead or participate in functional User Groups and Change Control Boards to enhance system functionality. Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for business management and document best practices. Required Qualifications: For Level 3: Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree with 4+ years. For Level 4: Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree with 8+ years. Proficiency in SAP Project Systems (PS) module and strong understanding of corporate business processes. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels and functions. US Citizenship required; ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
