Position Title: VP of Marketing Role Overview: As the VP of Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in executing our commercial strategy and enhancing our company's profile. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll lead initiatives to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and shape our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies for product launches and global initiatives, collaborating across departments. Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders in Oncology and diagnostic laboratories, working closely with executive leadership. Drive product roadmap development in partnership with the product development team. Elevate brand visibility through cohesive marketing plans and campaigns. Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Conduct market research and implement innovative strategies based on findings. Monitor competitor activities and adapt marketing strategies accordingly. Oversee budget planning and execution, providing regular updates to executive leadership. Required Skills and Qualifications: Passion for innovative technologies and a desire to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot), and related software. Strong analytical skills and the ability to incorporate stakeholder feedback into strategy. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Experience with marketing automation systems, preferably HubSpot. Proven track record in product launch within life sciences or diagnostics (CLIA). Ability to build and manage a network of key opinion leaders. Experience working with external agency support. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, life sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of product launch experience within life sciences or diagnostics (CLIA). Proficiency in marketing research and automation systems. Experience with KOL network development and management. Salary Range: The expected annual base salary range for this position is $220,000-$280,000, with actual compensation dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
